Damage treatment method for water pump mechanical part

Water pump

Various parts of the pump are often easy to damage, the damage has different causes of damage. As follows:

Corrosion of parts :

In order to prevent corrosion of parts, often with material of nickel, chromium, zinc corrosion, plating on metal surface, or on the surface of oiled metal parts, anti-corrosion paint and method on the surface of non coated metal parts, to prevent direct contact with harmful medium parts. The method can improve the surface finish of parts and reduce the potential difference on the surface of parts.

 Fatigue damage of parts :

Expression: fracture, surface spalling
Processing methods: in the manufacturing process to improve the surface finish of parts, the use of a more relaxed cross-section of the filter, in order to reduce the stress concentration of parts. In addition, the use of carburizing, quenching and other methods to improve the hardness, toughness and wear resistance, but also can receive good results.

Friction and damage of parts :

In order to reduce the amount of abrasive wear, the working parts of agricultural machinery as far as possible the use of wear-resistant materials, the design of agricultural machinery parts of the shape, but also to minimize its friction resistance. For example, the use of manufacturing processing components and soil manganese content of rare earth alloy containing high, the plough wall coated with wear-resistant materials such as polyvinyl fluoride,; use roller plough and sliding friction into rolling friction and the changes of soil, are less abrasive wear.
