Feature:
1. WQK series of cutting pumps are composed of pump, mechanic seal and electric motor. Electric motor is on the upper part of pump. There is hard alloy sealing between pump and motor. Each fixed mould is sealed by “O” anti-oil rubber sealing ring.
2. There is over temperature protection device in the motor with power 4KW or smaller. Once some conditions, such as default phase, overload and overheating happens, this protection device will disconnect the power to protect electric motor.
3. Impeller is adopted semi-open type and single channel of structure. Pump cover is adopted groove shape. When impeller is rotating by high speed, it will crush and discharge waste material. In addition, it can work during whole pump head scope.
4. The space between pump cover and impeller can be adjusted. When hydraulic performance of pump degrades caused by pump cover and impeller being broken, worker just needs to adjust the place of pump cover. Thus, the pump lift will be improved.
