5. Thermal conductivity and good heat dissipation;
6. High temperature resistant performance is good;
7. Thermal cracking performance is good;
8. Strong corrosion resistance;
9. Linear expansion coefficient is small, can heat deformation and dimensional stability is good;
10. Good machinability, good formability;
11. Good air tightness;
12. Small density.
Comprehensive measure of friction material, it is generally thought that graphite impregnated resin or metal, material, its thermal resistance and self lubrication are very good, should be the first choice; strong oxidizing medium should be selected ceramic materials; medium containing particles should be use a hard on hard friction material, such as carbon tungsten carbide tungsten; strong corrosive medium should be selected filled PTFE ceramic.
