The reason and treatment method of submersible sewage pump can not be started

 Submersible pump can not start the reason

1.  Submersible pump power supply voltage is too low
Because the power supply voltage is too low to start the submersible sewage pump can not start, the submersible sewage pump is usually required 380V power supply voltage, the power supply voltage should be adjusted to 342V. 2.  Submersible sewage pump power outages or power outages

6.  Submersible pump heat protector action

7.  Submersible sewage pump thermal protection device damage
The treatment method is the first to check the cause of the damage of the thermal protector. If the thermal protector damage is caused by failure of submersible sewage pump, should immediately find and eliminate submersible sewage pump fault; if the thermal protector damage reason is due to the quality of the thermal protector caused or due to thermal protector use time is too long cause, change the number of the same type, the same specifications thermal protection device.
8. Submersible pump stator winding damage
Stator winding of submersible sewage pump damage, resulting in a stopped rotation, should first check the submersible motor stator winding damage causes, troubleshooting, and prevent further damage to the submersible motor stator winding; then the submersible motor stator winding disassembled, repaired, in accordance with the requirements to replace the damage to the stator winding.
9. Single phase submersible motor centrifugal switch contact is bad or damaged
