2.Multi stage centrifugal pump and engine shaft coupling. The coaxial degree should be guaranteed within 0.1mm.
3.Needle sleeve unqualified or needle breakage. Repair or replace.
4.Multi-stage centrifugal pump working oil output is blocked. Removal of foreign body.
5.Pump axial clearance or radial clearance is too small. Readjust repair.
6.Multi-stage centrifugal pump with dirt. Disintegration to remove foreign body.
7.Assembly error. The processing base of multistage centrifugal pump two pin hole surface is not the assembly datum, such as the pin into the first, then tighten the screws, the pump will not turn. The correct method is, while rotating the multistage centrifugal pump side screw, finally drilled pin holes and into the pin.
