1. Check and make sure that the electric water pump rotates in the right direction.
2. After closing, and observe the reading operation noise current meter, to determine whether the normal operation of the electric water pump. If there is abnormal, should immediately stop the inspection.
3. Often detect the operating voltage of the electric pump, after deducting the voltage of the cable, the voltage of the motor winding directly supplied to the motor should be 342-418 volts.
4. The operating current of the electric pump should be checked regularly, and the value of the pump should not exceed the rated current when the pump is running.
5. Ptest the insulation resistance of the motor winding, and its value should not be less than 500 billion ohm when working near the operating temperature.
6. Rand in accordance with the provisions of the protection switch to correct the overcurrent relay or overheating relay action current, so as to avoid the wrong action or loss of overload protection function.
7. Oil filled electric pump if the lack of oil and stop turning, should be timely electric water pump, and timely supplementary insulation oil; when the oil leakage insulation oil more and float to the water, it should be removed, so as to avoid corrosion of the cable.
8. Should not frequently open, stop well submersible electric pump.
