How to protect the steam trap

Anti freezing measures:

1. Traps do not choose too large size.

2. Keep the drain valve drain line as short as possible.

3. Downward tilt drain pipeline to accelerate the speed of gravity discharge.

4. Drain pipeline and condensate water return line plus insulation.

5. When the condensate water return pipe is exposed to the atmospheric conditions, the heat pipe should be considered.

6. If the return pipe is raised, the vertical discharge pipe shall be adjacent to the discharge pipe of the upper part of the return pipe, and the discharge pipe and the drain valve discharge pipe shall be insulated together.
