According to the different working principle of the trap, the trap can be changed into the following types:
1. Mechanical type steam trap: rely on the coagulation changes of water level and action, including:
Float type: float for closed hollow sphere
Open up float: float for opening to the bucket
Open downward float type: float for bucket opening down
2. Thermal static type: depending on the change of the liquid temperature and the action, including:
Double metal piece: the sensitive original is a double metal piece
Steam pressure type: the sensitive element is a corrugated tube or an ink box, and the inside is filled with volatile liquid.
3. Thermal power type: rely on changes of thermodynamic properties of the liquid and the action.
Disc type: due to the same pressure, liquid and gas flow rate is different, the different dynamic and static pressure, driven disc valve action.
Pulse type: due to different temperature of the condensation of water through the poles series throttle orifice plate, sitting in between the poles of throttle orifice shape different pressure, driving the valve action. Thread through the bipolar plate orifice, orifice plates sat between the two poles of different shaped pressure driven valve action
