The calculation method of the pump suction pipe and the outlet pipe flow

1. Pump suction pipe and the outlet pipe flow

(1) Water suction pipe.
When the diameter is less than 0~1., it is 1 2m/s 250mm;
Diameter at 250~1000mm, for 6m/s- 1.2~1.
(2) The water outlet pipe
When the diameter is less than 5~2., it is 1 0m/s 250mm;
Diameter at 250 a 1600mm, for the 5m/s 2.0~2.

2. Minimum design flow rate of pressure transport pipe (see table 8-15)

Piping system
(1) the compressed air pipeline slope should not be less than 0.002, and should be set to the discharge pipeline system of accumulation of oil and water.

Gas storage tank should be arranged in the outdoor, and should be located in the north of the machine between the 0 vertical storage tank and the external wall of the factory's net distance, should not be less than half of the height of the gas tank.

(7) DN<50 pipeline flow rate should be less than 8m/s.
